PRODUCT MARKETING ASSISTANT

Role:   

The incumbent will be responsible for all purchasing functions, negotiating with vendors for good pricings, checking & verifying PO & Invoices, coordinating on-time deliveries from vendors, managing & controlling inventory, preparing weekly / monthly Purchasing / Sales reports (Ship / Debit) and preparing sales order entry and shipments.

Requirements:             

Ø  GCE ‘O’ level and above

Ø  Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Ø  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Ø  Mature individual who is able to work independently
