Job Overview of PHP Programmer:
- We need a flexible web developer/programmer who can think fast, manage multiple projects, and solve problems
- Immediate opening for a Web applications programmer/developer. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, jQuery, HTML, CSS along with solid experience - no exceptions! Knowledge of Javascript, XHTML, Linux command-line Linux server administration, XML, SOAP and Flash a plus.
- You will be expected to plan, research, develop logic, code, test and deploy several Web projects with minimal assistance. You should know how to build a PHP web application from the ground up, as well as modify and build on existing code. You should know PHP MySQL intimately.
The Responsibilities of PHP Programmer include:
Programming Work (90%)
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications
- Custom application, or new module, specifications
- Ensuring quality of work through development and implementation of QA procedures and standards
Administrative (10%)
- Accurately outline work tasks for programming of new projects
- Accurately estimating time frames for work completion
- Accurately and regularly track time on projects
- Working with team to educate sales about programming solutions
- Working with and coordinating with other developers
