1)     Oracle-Production Support

Responsibilities:

Application batch and online monitoring

Regular health check

Rerun/restart jobs whenever necessary

Diagnose/troubleshoot issues reported

Prompt escalation of issues to Level 2 support

Track all problem tickets till closed

Produce reports on application service level including performance and resource information

Prepare handover reports and perform handover

Provide sanity testing support during system patches, system upgrades and COB testing

Participate in COB testing and audit

Requirement

At least 1-2 years of relevant technical skillset required to support application

Shift rotation on 24x7

Good team player

Discipline and have eyes for detail

Ability to work under pressure and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Eyes for details and ability to troubleshoot

Service oriented and able to follow processes in delivering the KPI set

Able to communicate in English with users

2)     Oracle-Production Support

2 x Production Supportcum developers (involve in development for 1^st 4 months then continue with Production Support)

Skillset: UNIX, Oracle PL/SQL, Business Objects, Informatica

Working Experience > 4 years

For banking project

3)     Oracle Developer

6 x Developers

Skillset: UNIX, Oracle PL/SQL, Business Objects, Informatica

Working Experience > 4 years

 Business Analyst (Multiple Positions)

Requirements

The candidate must have at least 6 years of working experience. She/he should have the capability and experience in the below.

Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.

Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive.

Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.

Understanding the application as well as the specifications.

Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.

Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.

Knowledge and a deep understanding of customer's needs are required so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.

Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.

Knowledge on Java/.NET/PB and Databases like Oracle and SQL Server will be an added advantage.
