Ops Assistant
1) Minimum 2-3 years experience as a computer operator in a Data Centre environment
2) Working experience with Unix & Windows Operation Systems will be an added advantage.
3) Good communications skills, ability to write clearly, and a meticulous and systematic nature are important attributes.
4) Mature, with strong initiative and able to work independently
5) Familiar with ITIL process (e.g. incident management, problem management) and usage of ITSM management tools (e.g. remedy)
