Operations Assistant Multiple Positions                                                                             Position 1

• NCC Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in data centre operations and system administration
• Experience in operating Microsoft Windows servers and UNIX servers.
• Experience in ensuring systems availability, scheduling/executing/monitoring batch jobs, migration to check-in and check-out source codes, carrying out daily operations activities, on-site and off-site media storage management of backup tapes, reports generation etc
• Experience in handling system/application monitoring console and the alerts
• Able to work independently and in a team"  

Position 2

• Minimum  2-3 years experience as a computer operator in a Data Centre environment 
• Working experience with Unix & Windows Operation Systems will be an added advantage.
• Good communications skills, ability to write clearly, and a meticulous and systematic nature are important attributes.
• Mature, with strong initiative and able to work independently 
• Familiar with ITIL process (e.g incident management, problem management) and usage of ITSM management tools (e.g Remedy)
• Able to perform  24x7, 12 hours shift rotation (including public holidays and weekends)

Position 3

• Minimum 5 years experience as a computer operator & team lead in a Data Centre environment Working experience with Unix & Windows Operation Systems will be an added advantage.
• A dedicated team player who can work well with the team with good leadership skills 
• Able to manage staffs well while maintaining good working relationship 
• Good ability to work in a fast moving working environment with intense deadlines and constraints. 
• Good communications skills, ability to write clearly, and a meticulous and systematic nature are important attributes.
