Operation Analyst
- At least a diploma in IT related field.
- Familiar with Identity Operations, including Password Resets, User & Helpdesk Liaison
- Familiar with the implemented SUN Identity Management admin facilities
- Able to diagnose Identity related problems reported
- Able to handle requests for ID Admin, ID Audit, ID/Account Reports.
- Computer Operation Skill Sets
