ORGANISATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Requirement

     Minimum 12 years of working experience as in internal consultant or with an international consulting organisation

     Experience with government/ government related organisations is preferred

     Practical experience of working through people and commercial issues of a change programme and have been the lead person in planning, developing and implementing change projects preferred

     Demonstrated expertise and track record in at least one of the following:

     HR Transformation

     Change Management

     Organization Development

     Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of an organization

     Track record of successfully completing project life cycle – from pre-sales to project delivery

     Experience in leading and managing teams in project delivery

     Experience as a people manager

     Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

     Certified in Change Management or organization transition is an advantage

     Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

     Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude

     Creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques

     Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
