Network Engineer (Project Implementation)- Transition Mgr Riverbed, Bluecoat
General responsibilies
Review the pre-sales design and provide post-sales implementation support
Play a lead role in gathering detail technical info from customers to ensure the migration and implementation can be carried out smoothly.
Probe and develop an in-depth understanding of customers existing networking, communication setup and operating environment.
Develop high quality migration and UAT plan for customers
Work closely with our Project Managers and Partners to implement the services subscribed by our customers
Provide documentation of the services implemented
Manage any technical escalation issues including working with internal and external teams to identify root cause of issues and develop a solutionLAN CPE/TOPAA
