Network Engineer- Managed Services

Position 8

At least 3-5 yrs network experience familar with the  administration and trouble shooting in  Sidewinder, Nokia Firewall, Cisco switches & routers, Cisco & F5 Load balancers.

Customer service oriented, good team player, technically inclined and able to work under pressure   

Having the Knowledge of SiteProtector, Realsecure Network and Server sensors, IDS, Proventia appliance & ArcSight would be an added advantage.

Position 9

Provide 2nd level or up to third level of support resolution in network operation

Coordinate with 3rd party service providers on resolution when necessary

Participate in duty roster in operation project.

Perform  root cause analysis and resolution to prevent recurrent incidents

 Provide device configuration documentation (updated on monthly basis)

Perform approved network configuration changes

Administer Router, WAN, Switch, wireless LAN configuration such as routing protocol, router/switch network ports,access control list, VLANs, and user account

Plan and coordinate network device maintenance with maintenance provider

Preferably CCNP with 5 years of work experiences  or junior CCIE from overseas.

Position 10 (monitoring & mgt tool)

Degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science.

Broad and deep understanding of datacenter and IT infrastructure concepts.

Experience working with or have managed one or more

   o IT Network & Security Monitoring systems

   o Enterprise network infrastructure, set-up of routers and switches

  o IP-PBX, VoIP, IP-based Video Conferencing systems

  o Backup systems

  o Microsoft Exchange organization and troubleshooting mail flow (SMTP) issues

  o VMware, vSphere hosts in a clustered configuration

  o Firewalls and configuring access rules, VPN connections, etc.

  o Shared storage platform

  o Configuration management and service desk management systems

CCNA, CCNP, ITIL Foundations certified.

Position 11 –IPPBX

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or Computer Science with 5 years of relevant experience

Possess both technical and project management skills to oversee projects from conception of system to final delivery of services.

Good working experience in leading a project team (at least 5 years) for the deployment (procurement, installation, testing and commissioning) of systems for service offerings to customers.

Good knowledge of IP PBX features and functionalities, knowledge in the various video conferencing standards like SIP, H.323, H.264, H.239 (Data collaboration) and H.320 (ISDN), products (MCU and endpoints) of major video conferencing players like Polycom, Tanberg and Cisco as well as standard features and terms (e.g. Voice activated switching, Continuous presence, Video Transcoding, etc.) of video conferencing.

A good working knowledge of Telephony technologies, such as traffic engineering, call control and set-up, VoIP (SIP, H323, various codec G711, G729, etc. Session Border Controller) and the supplemented by knowledge of IP routing protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS/VPN etc.), LAN & WAN technologies.

Possess knowledge of computer systems, relational database software, application development will be an added advantage

With working experience in a network and system infrastructure for at least 3 years

A team player with excellent communication skills

Has the ability to work independently and effectively with peers from different departments, middle management and business units
