Network Engineer (Managed Services)
Possess professional qualifications in relevant IT technology with at least a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computing Science from a recognised university.
Relevant knowledge and experience in implementing enterprise-wide networks and deploying network applications for a large group.
More than 6 years of relevant working experience with at least 2-3 years in project management.
Prefer CITPM, MCSA, MCITP, CCNA, not mandatory.
Able to operate independently, and resourcefully to influence the successful implementation of assigned projects.
Trustworthiness is important.
Job Scope
Act as Project Manager for 2 network projects :
overall planning and deployment of end-terminals to users, seat management, network management and account management.
network security planning and deployment.
The manager will be assisted by teams of DSTA engineers and experts.
Manage project funding, resources, and schedule for these projects.
Facilitate project requirements gathering.
De-conflict and prioritise the requirements to derive the final requirement package for each project.
Ensure design and solution conform to established standards and guidelines.
Solicit regular user feedback as inputs to the projects
Derive and implement user change management to facilitate smooth adoption of proposed Secret-Net proliferation
