Specialise in Cisco and Alcatel products.

Indepth Knowledge in Routing & switching

Knowledge in VoIP

Presentation skills 

At least 5-yr experience in Networking SI environment (maintenance or project implementation. Preferably team lead or L3 engineer

Technically incline

Ability to involve in presentaiton and consultancy to customer

Position 2

At least 1-yr experience in Networking SI environment (maintenance or project implementation.

Knowledge in networking, Cisco and Alcatel

CCNA or CCNP, others certification will be a bonus

Own vehicle or driving license is preferred

) Standby duties after office hours

knowledge in VoIP is a plus

Problem Manager (Network Implementation)

At least 3 years experience in a managed IT services environment.  

Proven analytical and problem solving skills

Technical knowledge on problem management

Demonstrate successful track record in building sustainable business relationships with Clients at all levels

Strong influencing and persuasive ability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Effective presentation skills.

Working knowledge of Service Delivery practices and processes.

Understanding of Managed Services operations and its ‘bigger picture’ impact on the organization

Be able to demonstrate strong ITIL based process management experience.

Experience working effectively within a professional and disciplined IT services delivery environment.

Experience with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards would be an advantage.
