• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Min 3 years working experience as an Analyst.
• Project lead working experience preferred.
• Have completed at least 2 full SDLC cycles.
• Able to work under pressure and react well to unforeseen situations.
•    Team player with good written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start work immediate & committed.

Technical responsibilities

Lead/perform the technical studies, e.g. user requirements study, hardware/software requirements and configuration study etc.

• Assess and recommend the system/technical solutions.
• Integrate with external project teams on system interface requirements and system integration & interface plan.
• Conduct feasibility study and introduce new ideas and technology to improve the system efficiency.
• Work scope to be for .Net applications
• Work on application module design document.
• Assess the technical health of the project and report to the Project Manager during the project progress reviews.
• Task team members and monitor their progress.
• Represent the company in technical discussions with the customer.

.Net Developer

Major Responsibilities

• Perform user requirement gathering and analysis
• Web, infrastructure applications (Exchange, Active Directory, LDAP) and database design and programming
• Produce system documentation such as support and troubleshooting guides
• System & integration test case development and execution
• Develop application proof of concepts
• Application Operation and Customer supports

Major Requirements

• Strong in verbal, written and inter-personal communication.
• Highly analytical and with experience in creative problem solving, particularly in time critical situations.
• Proactive team player.
• Experience in applying UML as application modelling language.
• Strong in web and enterprise application design, programming and debugging in the .NET 3.0 or above, C#, VB.NET, MVC, WCF messaging, Azure , stored procedures and major database platform.
• Experience in application development library such as Microsoft Enterprise Library, Power shell, Exchange and Active Directory.
• Experience in revision control and build management tools, such as Subversion, Visual source safe

Min 1 yrs experience in Siebel development / testing
