Mortgage/Loan Processors

Responsibilities may include:
- Utilize the decision of underwriting to gather credit documentation from the customer and 3rd party vendors necessary to support the loan approval decision.
- Work in partnership with the customer and related 3rd parties to clear conditions and ready the transaction for loan closing within service delivery timeframe standards.
- Assist the team by performing routine, clerical and non-clerical tasks essential to efficient workflow and the mortgage loan process.
- Ensure loan files are properly assembled, packaged, and shipped within preset timeframes.
- Act as a processor carrying a pipeline of routine finance types or loan programs.
- Ensure that documents and files are properly received and recorded in system.
- Ensure that original loan documents received are actually, in fact, original and received appropriately.
- Ensure all received collateral documents are in collateral file prior to delivering to warehouse bank.
- Review and compare loan documents to system input and notify servicing of any discrepancies to ensure there is no borrower impact.
