Marketing Exe

   Duties:-

·         Assist with press advertisements, mailers, point of sale 

·         Follow up with advertisement agency and media agency 

·         Follow up with product marketing managers/buying depts for briefs and free gift propositions. 

·         Follow up with printers, SingPost and other suppliers to request for quotations 

·         Send out Smartads 

·         Compile advertisements and market information 

·         Follow up on promotion mechanics and logistics (eg lucky draw coupons, sourcing sponsorships, gifts)  

·         Weekly Website update  &  Weekly Press advertisements (Every Friday) 

·         Responsible on Ready Finance and  Guest Card advertisements

·         Tier Gifts control e.g. Vouchers (Weekly)

·         To be responsible on Lucky Draw coupons

·         Co-ordination with external supplier

·          Preparation of documents for events

·          Managing of events on weekends (as and when required)

 ·        All Marketing Filing (except for ATL & BTL invoices)

·         Clearing invoice to Finance

·          Press Advertisements and Champaign collateral filing

 Diploma in Marketing, with  relevant working experience

Salary: $2.3K neg

Location: East area
