Job Description
The Line Leader is responsible and accountable for a shift of personnel, equipment and processes on one of our night shifts that works 6 p.m.- 6 a.m. on a rotating schedule. Ideal candidate will have a related degree (Associates or Bachelor's), is mechanical, enjoys hands on tasks, and has a strong emphasis on team work, ethics, and a positive attitude. Line leaders are responsible for the activities during their shift including:
- Ensure Production Goals are met on a daily basis.
- Train, motivate, and lead Production and Warehouse Associates.
- Utilize SAP for Production, Inventory of Raw Materials, Shipping/Receiving and Scrap Reporting
- Help repair, maintain, and run production line as needed.
- Ensure Safety Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and quality standards are being followed/met.
- Effectively Communicate to Senior Management all necessary information on a daily basis through verbal and electronic means.
- Perform Employee Performance Evaluations as required.
- Ensure all Company Policies are followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
