Manager (Requirement Analysis)
Job:
- Work with Software Manager, Product Manager and Technical Manager on project strategies and schedules
- Plan and assign requirement analysis related tasks to Requirement Analysts
- Provide guidance to and review work performed by Requirement Analysts
- Working with external customers and partners to manage the requirement scope and stakeholders' expectations
- Work with software development team to resolve issues arise from gaps between requirement and implementation
- Work with software development team to assess requirement feasibilities, propose alternatives and present the solution to customers
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience in testing, with preferably at least 1 year of lead or manger position
- Minimum 3 years experience in software requirements specification, preferably in complex C3 software systems
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Able to lead a team and have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude
