For Taiwan Market Reporting to Senior Manager

The position will be based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

1)     Project management for both syndicated and proprietary research in Taiwan and other markets

2)     Client servicing which includes business development support

3)     Data analysis, summary writing and presentationof study results

Personality type:

Presentable, confident, articulate, able to present cogent arguments, team player, and good communicator (verbal and written communication)

Requirements:

1)     Research or Consulting background with extensive client management experience

2)     Experience of customer satisfaction research and modeling preferred

3)     Automotive industry knowledge

4)     Strong analytical skills

5)     Good communication and presentation skills

6)     Excellent written and verbal Chinese (traditional) and English

7)     Detail orientated and meticulous

Application Support Lead (IBM Mainframe/Cobol)

You must be able to lead a team in providing application support. You must be committed to implement service requests and problem resolutions within SLA, as well as to deliver expected results within tight timeline.  You must be able to front customer for requirement gathering as well as production support in resolving reported incidents. You must be committed to ensure completeness and quality of deliverables.

• You must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience in application development and support, with at least 3 years’ in team lead and supervisory experience.
• You must be self motivated in managing work deliverables and problem resolutions. You must be able to multi-task and may need to support more than one application system.
• You must be technically inclined and hands-on.
• You must have hands-on experience with various IBM mainframe tools such as COBOL, DB2, CICS and  JCL and zOS. Experience and knowledge with Easytrieve, SAS and MQ Series  will be an advantage. 
• You must have the ability to work closely with all team members.
• You must be willing to be contactable 24x7 and may be required to attend to production problem outside office hours.
