The position will be based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project management for both syndicated and proprietary research in Taiwan and other markets
2. Client servicing which includes business development support
3. Data analysis, summary writing and presentationof study results

Personality type:

Presentable, confident, articulate, able to present cogent arguments, team player, and good communicator (verbal and written communication)

Requirements:

1. Research or Consulting background with extensive client management experience
2. Experience of customer satisfaction research and modeling preferred
3. Automotive industry knowledge
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Good communication and presentation skills
6. Detail orientated and meticulous

Lead Creative Designer

1. Diploma/Degree in relevant fields

1. Attend to daily design needs of portals/websites frontend and offline activities.

2. Assist in developing design concept and mockup design for assigned tasks:

-portal/website (web & mobile (phones & tablets))

-banners

-posters / brochures / advertorial

-graphic illustrations / eCards

-video clips

3. Carry out HTML slicing for confirmed design

4. Assist in carrying out:

-design requirements gathering via various mechanism (discussion, interview, focus group survey, etc.)

-information architecture establishing

-wire frame designing

5. Assist in important presentation slides enhancement

6. Assist in portal/website testing, focusing on usability

7. Work closely with various functional teams to support the above design needs.

2. Ability to Coach Associate Creative Designers

3. Assist to Lead and Principal Creative Designers in bigger scale and complex design assignments and design quality control

Business Analyst / Digital Strategist

1. At least 5-7 years of experience in digital (web, mobile, tablet), new media and general online marketing and PR

2. Knowledgeable about the web and new media in general and what trends are currently hot & emerging. Transforming knowledge and be an early adopter and change driver.

3. Specific experience on social networking platforms and tool including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn Google Analytics

4. Must be detail-oriented with a desire to learn and grow in interactive media and across digital landscape.

5. Possess Brand Strategy experience

6. Ability to provide strategic, integrated and creative vision and direction for projects with proven ROI

7. Appreciation of and some proficiency in user experience planning and user-centered design

8. Strong personal organisation skills and attention to detail

9. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and across multiple projects

10. An exceptional writer with strong communication and presentation skills

11. Adept in the ability to build relationships externally with stakeholders and internally with management across all businesses and functions within the organization.

12. Strong internal marketer; able to win support of peers, seniors and juniors for projects.
