MANAGER, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:         

  • Handle investing and finance activities which include evaluating investment alternatives and providing analysis on optimal capital structure as well as developing short-term and long-term financing strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain cash forecasts, monitor the daily treasury and overall cash position and utilization. 
  • Develop financial models, perform valuation and conduct financial and risk analysis of business opportunities and proposals.
  • Involve in Enterprise Risk Management initiatives and development of management systems.
  • Perform industry research including monitoring changes in relevant regulations.

Requirements: 

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or other professional qualification in Accountancy / Finance with 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Corporate Finance will be a strong added advantage.
  • Candidates are preferred to have strong financial modeling skills, an eye for details, good understanding of capital markets, macroeconomics, and good planning, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • It is essential for candidates to possess qualities of leadership, be independent and self-motivated, able to multitask and perform under pressure, and possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Cost Estimator (Electronics Manufacturing Industry)

 

  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
  • Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
  • Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
  • Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  • Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
  • Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
  • Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain tendering process, and conduct negotiations.
  • Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
  • Visit site and record information about access, drainage and topography, and availability of services such as water and electricity.

Technical Writer

  • Creating and maintaining technical documents such as product manuals , product brochures, assembly drawings and block diagrams.
  • Degree or diploma in any discipline ; Prefer in Engineering.
  • Atleast 3 Yrs of documentation experience
  • Neat & Tidy.
  • Good Computer knowledge in  Word , Excel and Power Point.
  • To catch up many new products launch without product manuals ready.
