Lead, Senior System Engineer (Large Earth station Antenna Systems)
Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for tenders, solution designs and proposal generation, which includes interaction with Business Managers, sales coordination with agents and partners.
The Lead, Sr. Systems Engineer’s responsibilities will include, generating engineering design documents (design review documents, pre-build/as built documentation, training, operation & maintenance documentation, etc.) , calculating link budgets, writing proposals, creating presentations, generating bill of materials, supporting marketing, supporting system integration and implementation of turnkey systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, ensuring requirements are met, and evaluating technical performance as required.
Article I. Key Competencies
IP, Routers network patching, baseband, good RF knowledge
Section 1.01 Preferred background
Extensive experience in Satcom domain, dealt with iDirect Products
Experience in Marine Satcom an added advantage
Requirements:
Masters/Bachelors in Business or Engineering with Cisco certifications (CCNA)
At least 5 years pre-sales experience with international work experience
Handle tenders and win tenders of value more than 5 to 10 million
Achieve high success rate in VSAT proposals and have done turnkey corporate proposals
Good business acumen and communication skills
Willing to travel and work within tight deadlines.
In-depth understanding of Competition platforms

Sales Manager (Satcom)
Take ownership for sales and marketing activities of the satellite systems and associated services both in Singapore and internationally to meet sales targets and objectives
Drive strategize, develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies ofr satellite systems and associated services.
Expand on current client base to meet and exceed sales targets
Pioneer and develop new markets/accounts
Work closely with the department manager and the technical team.
Self-starter in creating innovative and attractive ideas to secure and meet clients needs
Negotiate with suppliers on product pricing and market development support.
Develop and manage good working relationships with major key accounts and strategic partners.
Work with the management team to develop new businesses.
Provide and manage pre-sales ,sales and marketing processes.
Provide proposals to tenders and quotes.
Requirements
Degree in Electronics / Communications Engineering.
At least 5 Years field sales and marketing management exp in the telecommunications / sitcom industry.
Good track record of success in sales and marketing
A business builder resourceful result oriented with strong managerial and leadership qualities.
Able to strategize with sr. Management to set the direction for the business and in making critical strategic decisions.
Mature with initiative and able to work under pressure in a team environment
Possess a strong drive commitment and can do attitude.
