Lead Engineer

Job Scope

1.     Lead the project team & front the customers in specific projects

2.     Identify all contractual system requirements & responsible for system designs & reviews

3.     Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget & meet all contractual requirements

4.     Manage all sub-contractors & their deliverables

5.     Perform day-to-day coordination, liaison, control & supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal & external project related parties & customers to ensure smooth running of the project

6.     Provide monthly project reports to customers, internal supporting departments & management

7.     Analyze & decide on all project materials & service purchases based on cost optimization & appropriate risk management

8.     Monitor & track all payment milestones to ensure timely invoicing & collection of payments from customers

9.     Undertaking new projects that the Department pursues

Requirements:

1.     Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent with 4 years experience in Communications Engineering Project Management in FM or SI projects

2.     Experience in Radio Communications equipment/System & IP Network implementation

3.     Experience in pre-sales solutioning, sales & business development

4.     Certified PMP

5.     English & Chinese speaking

Job Scope

1.     Responsible for corrective/preventive of Ground Navigation Aids system

2.     Able to generate simple report

3.     On-the job training would be provided

Requirements:

1.     Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Telecommunication / Computer Science.

2.     ITE in Electronic Engineering or equivalent ITE certification with few years of experience can also be considered

3.     Possess Class 3 driving license & without color blindness

4.     Experience working in Republic of Singapore Air Force of related field

5.     Knowledge of microwave Radar principle
