Job Title: Service Support Engineer
Education/Experience
· ITE/Diploma in Information Technology/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· Have at least 1 year related working experience
Job Description
· 24 hours technical front end support to end users
· Troubleshooting on both hardware and software issues (e.g. Laptops, PCs, printers, scanners and network connectivity issues)
· To assist in other IT related projects or activities (such as upgrades, changes, maintenance and relocation)
· Update the incident and coordinate with the helpdesk team or other support group to close the incident
· Respond to customer calls which will include problem identification, escalation and resolution of hardware and software problems
· Understand and perform the various customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and elevate or escalate issues when appropriate and/or according to established procedures
Skills Set
· Experience in hardware troubleshooting & desktop support
· Good interpersonal and communication skills

Helpdesk Specialist Multiple Positions
1) Helpdesk Specialist
1) At least 2-yrs helpdesk support experience with some desktop skill/knowledge in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes
2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

1) Possess at least a Diploma in IT or relevant field, but IT work experience will be considered
2) Able to communicate well, read, write and speak well.
3) This person has to be professional, tactful and meticulous
4) Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
5) Experience with Windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment
6) Knowledge of MS Office and off-the-shelve applications.
7) Knowledge of Open Office applications is an advantage.
8) Brief understanding of knowledge Centralized Services
9) Able to work under pressure and multi-task
