Job Title: Associate Engineer / Engineer
Requirements:
- Possess a Polytechnic Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualifications in Computer Studies & at least 2 - 3 years of working experience in related field
- Fresh Graduate could also be considered
- Ability to co-ordinate with different parties to implement project works
- Able to work independently to oversee implementation of the projects
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience as a Systems Engineer for Unix will be preferred
- Knowledge in ITIL Processes will be advantage
- Good spoken & written English
- Good team player & have leadership quality
- Analytical minded self-initiative & self-driven personality
- Keen in continuous improvement in knowledge & skills
Job Scope:
- To provide technical support & troubleshooting server & network technical faults. In addition, to apply patches & perform Operation Systems upgrade as required
- To perform periodical preventive & corrective maintenance to systems
- To prepare & update project & ISO audit documents
