Java / J2EE Analyst

1)  Provide consultancy and support to project teams on the development of architecture views

2)  Develop guidelines and standards for architecture modeling

3)  Participate in architecture study effort to map, analyze and develop as-is and to-be architecture models using the ARIS tool

4)  Customize the ARIS architecture tool where necessary

The role is an enterprise architecture modeling type of job. The successful candidate role is to translate user requirements into model diagram using some tools. Role does not requirement much development. The career progression will allow the person to be a Business Analyst.

 Need someone with 1 year experience preferably in Java/J2EE programming.

Java/J2EE Developer

You will be involved in the entire software development life cycle including application development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation review. In addition, you will assist in integration testing which include diagnosing program defects, integration and performance issues and to recommend and carry out necessary follow-ups. The role requires you to be hands-on and you will be involved in providing user support requires investigating and troubleshooting issues, as well as providing timely improvements / resolutions to address problems / incidents encountered.

·         1 year of software development experience using Java / J2EE.

·         Familiarity in DB2, Crystal Report, SQR, GPS Struts, Store Procedure will be preferred

·         Ensure completeness and quality of development work carried out.

·         Must be hands-on and enjoys programming

System Analyst or Team Lead (Oracle ADF)

The successful candidate will be involved in the software development life cycle including application development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation review. The broad spectrum of the role includes the followings:

• Liaising extensively with external or internal clients;
• Analyzing clients' existing systems;
• Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
• Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
• Producing project feasibility reports;
• Presenting proposals
• Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
• Participate in the drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system;
• Writing user manuals;
• Providing training to users

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Technical knowledge in Java/J2EE & Oracle Webcenter ADF, BPM
• Strong Analytical skills and well verse with problem resolution methodologies
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Possess can-do attitude, initiative, creativity and able to work under stringent time

Those will recent 2 years of team leading experiences will be considered for the team lead role.
