IT Consultant Role (Team Lead/MS OCS)
Job Description
Assume the role as Team Leader of B2E services, including Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Unified Communicator as well as IP Telephony integration
Regional representative for Global initiated projects such as UC-OCS service enhancement and promotion
Assist the Department manager in the management of section staff during day-to-day operations.Participate in Annual Audits and Security certification.
Pre-requisites
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Information Systems or Engineering
6-8 years of relevant IT experience with IT project management; Presentation skills essential
IT service delivery; Customer service
Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory; Unified Communications;Microsoft Powerpoint and Office products; Network and Data Communications; Project Management
Team leadership (of 3-4 members) experience; Communication and presentation skills ( Advantage)
