IT Audit Analyst

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of five to seven years professional auditing or relevant experience.
- Experience with report writing/database querying software such as Cognos Impromptu and Teradata SQL

Job Duties
- Obtain understanding of auditee risk and control environment through discussion with line of business management, documented procedures, etc.
- Determine control activities to be assessed based on understanding of auditee.
- Coordinate test work and supervise staff during audit engagements assigned in order to complete the engagements within budget and milestones established during planning.
- Recommend solutions and supervise staff to formulate solutions that demonstrate an understanding of the line of business and displays sensitivity to the needs of audit clients or others involved.
- Communicate verbally and in writing results of work assigned (audit, monitoring, or project).
- Review work performed by staff and provide verbal feedback to improve staff performance.
- Coordinate and supervise special projects/investigations (i.e., fraud investigations, compliance related concerns, special requests
