Human Resources Director

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing Human Resources programs and services for the Hospital.  Candidate will oversee policies, procedures, standards and objectives for the Human Resources services and monitor staff compliance. 


Experienced in employment law, the H.R. Director will guide employee relations, employee benefits, recruitment and pension plan.  Candidate assures high standards of customer service and that the department operates within the Hospital Mission. Four year degree in Human Resources or closely related field is required.  This is a Full-time position.  We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits
