Helpdesk Specialist Multiple Roles
- At least a diploma in an IT related field. MCSE and lotus Notes certification will be an advantage.
- At least 6 months r in a helpdesk or desktop service environment. Must be skilled in the functional usage of Microsoft products and Lotus Notes Client release 5 and above
- Able to adapt quickly to change and demonstrates an aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Able to express thoughts and ideas in a way that is easy to understand. Able to speak clearly and succinctly in plain English.
- Able to remain calm under pressure. Remain tolerant even when provoked.
- Able to respond quickly to requests and follow through on commitments."
Helpdesk Specialist

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working hours: 3 shift duties:
- Mon - Fri, Early: 7:30am - 5:00pm, Normal: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Late : 9:30am - 7:00pm
- Sat, 8am - 1pm (about 1 to 2 times per month)
