Helpdesk Specialist Multiple Positions
1 )Helpdesk Specialist
At least 2-yrs helpdesk support experience with some desktop skill/knowledge in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes
Team leading experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
This person has to be professional, tactful and meticulous
Able to work under pressure and multi-task

1) Possess at least a Diploma in IT or relevant field, but IT work experience will be considered
2) Able to communicate well, read, write and speak well.

4) Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
5) Experience with Windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment
6) Knowledge of MS Office and off-the-shelve applications.

8) Brief understanding of knowledge Centralized Services

1) Ops Assistant
NCC Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or related disciplines
Preferably some Data Centre Operations experience
Customer service oriented, good team player, good communication skills, technically inclined
Administration & Troubleshooting skill

2) Ops Assistant
NCC Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of working experience in data centre operations and system administration
Experience in operating Microsoft Windows servers and UNIX servers.
Experience in ensuring systems availability, scheduling/executing/monitoring batch jobs, migration to check-in and check-out source codes, carrying out daily operations activities, on-site and off-site media storage management of backup tapes, reports generation etc
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to work 12 hour shift, inclusive of weekends and holidays.

Customer Services
Business Development Manager
1. To lead, guide and supervise the SSOE Business Operation team comprising of the following:-
a. asset management team
b. billing service team
c. Portal Admin Service team
2. To ensure that the smooth running of the above operational units so that the respective SLA responsible by each of the above units are met.
3. To be responsible for ensuring that all new service requests are introduced in an orderly a timely manner.
4. To oversee the proper implementation of any enhancements on SSOE service portal.
5. Lead and guide team in the setup of the business operation framework & maintenance
6. Responsible for progress reporting and driving meetings relating to business operation matters
7. Management of customers' requirements as and when required
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in IT or other IT-related disciplines with more than 10 years' operational experience; of which at least 5 years’ are spent in managing a team of 20 staff.
2. ITIL Foundation Qualification
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Familiarity with managed service billing concepts & understanding of financial system
5. Good understanding of asset management concepts and self-service portal
6. Strong background in processes with relevant experiences
7. Strong application background with good analysis skills
8. Ability to engage customers at all levels
