Helpdesk Specialist Multiple Positions

1) Helpdesk Specialist

1) At least 2-yrs helpdesk support experience with some desktop skill/knowledge in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes

2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2) Helpdesk Specialist

1) Possess at least a Diploma in IT or relevant field, but IT work experience will be considered

2) Able to communicate well, read, write and speak well.

3) This person has to be professional, tactful and meticulous

4) Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting

5) Experience with Windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment

6) Knowledge of MS Office and off-the-shelve applications.

7) Knowledge of Open Office applications is an advantage.

8) Brief understanding of knowledge Centralized Services

9) Able to work under pressure and multi-task
