We are seeking local Help Desk Support professionals with 1 - 3 years of Desktop support experience.
The ideal candidate must have excellent troubleshooting skills with both Windows XP, desktop and laptop PC hardware, specifically with Active Directory, Windows 2000 / 2003, CISCO VPN, BlackBerry Server and Lotus Notes support.
Successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and well developed interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently, is a requirement.
Requirements:
Academic Degree preferred
Problem solving ability with the capability to multi-task.
1+ years troubleshooting Lotus Notes
1+ years troubleshooting Blackberry issues
1+ years Active Directory Administration experience
Experience with installation and configuration of office hardware, software and operating systems
Experience with assisting employees with various technical issues including: network and software configuration, desktop system performance, maintenance procedures, as well as general computer knowledge and customer service issues
While not exclusionary, preference will be given to those candidates who possess experience in Lotus Notes, Blackberry Server, Windows 2000 / 2003, along with experience with Windows XP, Active Directory and PC Desktop / Workstation experience.
