POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operational Reporting and Analysis team within the National Care Management area is responsible for book of business operational measurement and analysis. This team currently partners with the following operational areas: Disease Management, Wellness, Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, and National Medical Excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining analytical and reporting deliverables to facilitate effective management and to positively influence operational performance.
  • Actively participate in root cause analysis and work with internal partners to resolve and/or improve workflow processes.
  • Should have a strong passion for data integrity and be able to understand their audience and associated work processes to be able to effectively turn data into meaningful information in a clear, crisp presentation.

    EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
