Job Description

Description The HR Management Reporting & System Enhancement team of global Investment Banking firm, is looking for a HR Reporting Analyst.  The main function of this position is to run regular, scheduled reports & servicing ad hoc reporting requests when required. IT applications / reporting tools used include: SAP HR, SAP Business Warehouse, MS Access, MS Excel, Crystal Reports and Intranet. Customer Base: Various, including: customers within HR, Senior Management and Businesses managers across firm.  Postion will be AVP level.

Main Duties:

  • Produce & distribute ad-hoc & standard management & operational reports.
  • Data moddelling & producing Analytics
  • Utilize: SAP BW, Crystal Reports, MS Access & Excel as required
  • Liaise with HR & the business to understand reporting requirements & deliver the report that meets those needs
  • Support the team & manager on specific tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with HR data
  • Prior experience working in a high pressure & fast paced environment
  • MS Excel (min. Intermediate level) with ability to do Pivot Tables, Look-Ups, Graphs & Charts, Functions & Formulae
  • MS Access (beginner-intermediate level) to do Update & Append queries
  • SAP HR & SAP BW

Preferred: Crystal Reports to do Report creation & Development, Sub-reports, Cross-tab reports, Graphs & Charts.  Business Objects SQL Query
