HR ADMIN/ ACCOUNTS (Bangalore)

Responsibility:

 

HR

  • Handling Employees Payments details.
  • Handling the banking correspondences.
  • Recruiting candidates for the company.
  • To handle the leave management.
  • Maintaining all the staff records.
  • To handover the Letter of Appointment for the Employees.
  • To handle the IT Policy of the Company.

 

Admin

  • Provide admin support and perform others duty as and when required
  • Maintain proper document filing system
  • Ensure record shall be readily identifiable and retrievable
  • Update workshop asset and equipment
  • Administration of common plant facilities, eg Conference Rooms, Viewing Gallery
  • Support in raising purchase request
  • Assist in preparation of quotation and raise job orders
  • Perform other admin duties as and when required

 

Accounts

  • Handling of daily cash flow
  • Handling partial AP payment 
  • Handling GL (expenses and journal)
  • Handling bank reconciliation
  • Handling fixed asset
  • Prepare audit schedule
  • Assist for corporate tax issue
  • Any other duties as assigned by the GM

 

Requirement:

 

  • At least 3 years of accounting and Administration and HR experience or relevant
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidentially and indecently
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice
