Position : Financial Analyst
Job Requirements:
PPG Singapore accounts
- Perform month end closing
- Perform analysis for monthly actual results
- Prepare annual Japanese Consumption Tax returns
- Ensure efficient and effective accounting system is maintained for PPG Business
- Assist Finance Operations Manager on ad-hoc assignments
CTPL accounts
- GST preparation
- Fixed assets accounting
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Testing
- Involve in quarterly SOX testing for various cycles
- Update Standard Work Instructions timely
US accounts
- Support Global FP&A manager in US reporting on actual and forecast reporting and analysis
- Annual Plan preparation covering P&L and Balance Sheet.
Pre-requites:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience - with about 2 years in an audit firm preferred.
- Experience with HFM and BaaN or other ERP system is preferred.
- Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Meticulous, analytical, independent, resourceful, willingness to accept and implement changes, team player and committed to see results.
