Finance Manager (China)

to be based in China

Job:
- Overall management of the Finance function at one of our overseas subsidiaries in China
- Manage a team of local accounts staff and reporting to company CEO, Deputy CEO, CFO China and Group Financial Controller
- Handle monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and head office reporting matters as well as budgets and forecasts
- Handle daily operational issues as well as internal audit, external financial audits (both IFRS and PRC) and tax matters, and producing statutory accounts/reports
- Provide operational support to business units in subsidiary
- Ensure compliance with group financial policies and upkeep of good corporate governance
- Ensure compliance with CAS, IFRS as well as other applicable laws and regulations
- Other adhoc assignments and projects assigned        

Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/ CPA qualification or equivalent with at least 8 years' experience out of which 3-5 years must be in a managerial position
Able to write & speak fluently in English & Chinese
- Good technical & practical knowledge in accounting, costing, taxation and corporate governance
- Knowledge in ERP system and experience in ERP implementation is advantageous
- Possess business acumen and able to provide financial support to business operations
- Possess management skill and able to manage a department
- Willingness to work overseas in China
- An independent worker who works well under pressure
- Must be a hands-on manager who leads by example
- Able to work well with people of all levels and from different culture
