Finance & HR Manager

Reporting to the managing director, you will be part of the company management team and you will be mainly responsible for financial management and accounting operations, legal administrative matters and human resource administration aligned to support company business growth strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Analyse and prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow forecast for HQ reporting
• Handle day-to-day book keeping and accounting functions
• Implement customer credit control and monitor outstanding debts
• Prepare and monitor the forecast and yearly budget.
• Handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with audit clearance
• Liaise with tax agents and ensure compliance with local tax requirements
• Compute and submit quarterly GST returns
• Verify supplier’s invoices and prepare payment to suppliers
• Inter-company account settlement and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance to internal controls and procedures
• Take charge of confidential data of company
• Other adhoc projects and administrative duties

Human Resource Administration

• Provide admin support in areas such as staff recruitment and development
• Prepare payroll, check and process staff claims and prepare payment
• Compute and submit in-camp training make-up pay claim forms
• Handle group and travel insurance for staff
• Maintain staff annual leave record and medical leave record
• Prepare annual IR8A returns for all staff
• Administer staff benefit schemes and program
