Finance Executive

As a member in the Regional team, the successful candidate will support overseas subsidiaries, the portfolio will cover the below broad areas:

To perform GL and monthly closing
To analyze the financial performance of subsidiaries
To resolve inter-company issues
To provide all finance-related support whenever necessary.
To prepare monthly/yearly financial reports
To prepare/review account reconciliations
To resolve inter-company issues
To liaise with Shared Services Team to resolve any issues/disputes
To assist in annual audit and year end matters
To assist in the annual target setting/budget/forecast exercise; as assigned.
To liaise with Country Director/Regional Finance Managers/HQ on annual budget and quarterly forecast submissions.
To undertake/assist in ad-hoc projects when necessary.

Pre-requisites:

1) Diploma or Degree in Accountancy

2) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in handling full/partial set of accounts,

3) Experience in GL closing including GST reporting

4) Hands-on and meticulous

5) Good communication and interpersonal skills

6) Proficient in Excel – required for reports

7) SAP working knowledge needed
