Facility Engineer / Sr. Facility Engineer

·   Projects to compliance to laws and regulation (FIDIC contract law), on utilities planning & land uses, and (absolute) needs for early expenditure

·   Provide Consultancy on Integrate Facilities Management for service providers.

·   Calling Tender (include provide specifications) and evaluate bidders submissions

·   Liaise with consultants, trade contractors and municipalities on projects issues & licensing

·   Conduct meetings for internal users on the projects development and progress

·   Monitor / control expenditure over the contract and budget, cash-flow forecasting and plans, expenditure tracking, and calculate Life cycle cost of the Asset.

 B) Role: Operation and supervision

1)     Taking over of projects from contractors and transfer it to respective service providers. Assemble a team of competent and knowledgeable technical staff and professional to support on-site and off-site engineering program.

2)     Supervise and audit service providers’ activities on their Service Level, Bench Making and KPI. Plan Maintenance Programs and Breakdown Maintenance SOPs, tenants billing, maintenance service call and call-centre function, and monthly / progressive claims.

3)     Start-up computer maintenance management system (CMMS) for the entire project.

4)     Develop a set of site documents for the Client which comprising Quality Manual, Documentation Control, Consultancy Management and Operation SOP, Crisis Management, As-built Drawings and plan management, Stock Monitoring and spare parts utilization management.

5)     Provide Safety Plan and FM Quality Plan, HSE and FM Assurance Program to identify and rectify weakness in systems and processes to achieve excellent delivery service.
