- The Financial Advisor will be expected to build a trusted, competent, and confident relationships with clients by having the capability and authority to provide financial solutions for life.
- Each Financial Advisor will be responsible for driving the investment sales for a specific territory of financial services centers.
- Accountable for retention, penetration, and acquisition of new business for their individual portfolio of clients.
- Meeting Teambuilder goals established for referrals to other business units.
- Selling and recommending a broad range of investment, insurance and banking products.
- Relating closely with Branch Bankers to cultivate mutual referrals and provide them with ongoing sales training and education on investment products.
- Individual on-going training / continuing education for skill building and license maintenance
- Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position.
- Perform additional duties as required
