FACILITY ENGINEER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job:

• Ensure smooth operations and proper maintenance ofM&E and Building services (Chiller system, BAS system, PABX system, Fire Alarm system, etc)
• Plan and execute all facilities management and operational activities
• Co-ordinate with external service providers/ contractors for repair and regular servicing/maintenance works
• Carry out maintenance works in accordance to maintenance schedule
• Maintain and upkeep all documents, records and reports of the building
• Provide feedback and recommendation to Facilities Engineers on operational and maintenance requirements
• Undertake periodic engineering and technical audits on M&E and Building services
• Administer, inspect and monitor all preventive maintenance and ad-hoc works
• Ensure safety to individuals and equipments are adhere at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services
• 3 years of relevant experience in Facility management or Building Services 
• Independent, self motivated, resourceful and able to face challenges under fast pace working environment
• Time-line driven with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
•  A team player with good interpersonal skills and initiatives
