• Executing of planned synced events.
• Suggest regional tweaks for these
• Execution of printing, mounting etc of advtg material etc on in mall signage
• Ensure display of external signage
• Conduct & Execute Consumer Research for events
• Plan & execution of smaller exclusive events in advice with H.O.

Advertising & PR Communications - Now relegated to Exclusive events only

• Briefing the advertising and communications agency on all commn for exclusive events under advice from H.O.

Co-associations and Tie-ups

• Suggest / Propose tie ups during events
• Approach local brands for tie ups during events

Marketing Support to Retailers – This continues

• Plan marketing strategies for retailers present in the mall
• Share consumer insights relevant to their brand which they can leverage to drive more footfalls and consumer spends
• Help them if required executing events and promotions at the mall
• Plan how to maximise impact for their new launches

Income - REPORTS TO OPERATIONS

1. Manage alternative revenues – REPORTS TO OPERATIONS

Other responsibilities of Job Function include

1. Manage the mall marketing expenditure v/s. Allocated budget
2. Ensure consumer satisfaction and retailer satisfaction index is managed with all marketing activities undertaken
3. Ensure all legal compliances are met with the marketing activities and tie-ups undertaken

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Should be a team player with good communication skill.
