Position : Engineer (cost reduction)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to achieve product cost reduction targets.
- Develop, test and implement product cost reduction proposals.
- Present and document project activities.
- Give product engineering support to other departments.
- Support company and department quality and safety improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years or relevant working experience in an MNC environment, preferably in the Refrigeration or HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an eye for details.
- Familiarity with electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with the right aptitude will be considered.
