Engineer

Position                       :           Engineer (cost reduction)

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to achieve product cost reduction targets.
• Develop, test and implement product cost reduction proposals.
• Present and document project activities.
• Give product engineering support to other departments.
• Support company and department quality and safety improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years or relevant working experience in an MNC environment, preferably in the Refrigeration or HVAC industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an eye for details.
• Familiarity with electrical systems will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right aptitude will be considered.

Position                       :           Engineer, Reliability Improvement

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional teams in resolution of product trouble and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process.
• Conduct failure mode and root cause analysis; and develop corrective measures.
• Support companywide quality improvement programs
• Support tracking of quality data to proactively identify potential quality issues.
• Provide engineering support to quality improvement programs and supplier change management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an MNC environment, preferably in Refrigeration or HVAC industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an eye for details
• Familiarity with electrical systems will be an advantage.
