Engineer , Reliability Improvement
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross functional teams in resolution of product trouble and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process.
- Conduct failure mode and root cause analysis; and develop corrective measures.
- Support company wide quality improvement programmes
- Support tracking of quality data to proactively identify potential quality issues.
- Provide engineering support to quality improvement programmes and supplier change management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an MNC environment, preferably in Refrigeration or HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an eye for details
- Familiarity with electrical systems will be an advantage.
