Director, Business Process Outsourcing

• At least 10 years experience in delivery of ITO and/or BPO services preferably across multiple countries e.g. Singapore, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Philippine.
• Good presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Good inter-personal skills with ability to interact with people from different culture, e.g. western & eastern.
• Can speak both English & Chinese.
• With the behavioral and functional competencies as documented in the development guide.

Duties and Responsibilities are:

• Providing the strategy and tactical direction to the team
• Supporting the business units and sales to generate service demand
• Leading the teams to deliver the project/service and to achieve high quality standard, customer satisfactions, and profitability
• Adopting the right tools, techniques, methodologies and practices, to deliver the services that meet international standards
• Being responsible in developing a global workforce of highly competent professionals
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with the customers, partners and suppliers.
