Direct Sales Support
Key Tasks:
- Process & co-ordinate orders & shipments with customers, vendors
- Co-ordinate with Purchasing for Goods Receipt and co-ordinate with finance for payment
- Liaise with logistics for incoming shipments
- Update requestors/sales force on ETA & order issues
- Track & follow-through on outstanding orders
- Handle queries and report orders status
- Keep documentation for audit purposes
- Liaise with vendors on delivery and warranty registration
- Generate adhoc reports
- Interface with relevant parties for end-to-end fulfillment of orders
Requirement:
- Preferred Diploma or fresh graduates, experienced candidate with 2 years of relevant experience (with GCE “O” or “N” levels pass in English and Maths) also welcome
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge in SAP a plus
- Has sales support/order fulfillment experience a plus
- Prepared to work late occasionally
- Is organized and good with details
- A team player
- Able to start work immediately
