Master/Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering preferably with a major in Telecommunication

3-5 years of working experience in complex PCB design involving FPGA

Experience in using digital hardware design tools Good troubleshooting skills in high speed application circuitry are preferred. Product development on test and measuring instrument (eg.) Oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer

Digital Hardware Design Engineer with a proven background in FPGA Development, with skills in VHDL, Digital Hardware Design and PCB Design

Key focuses include Design, implementation and verification of FPGA's and ensuring effective plans are in place to deliver all work and work packages to the quality level defined. Proven background in FPGA Development, with skills in VHDL, Digital Hardware Design and PCB Design.

Gathered and translate customer requirements into functional specifications (including circuitry, schematic diagram etc) Responsible for development of digital hardware circuitry including PCB design and layout, test firmware and integration test and etc. Liaise with various design groups during development stages

Process Engineer (Product)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and defining cost-effective and time-efficient manufacturing process for all new microwave products, based on Design for Manufacturability

Responsible for process time in manufacturing each product, production equipment and assembly/test jigs

Develop and review product manufacturing process flow

Design, develop new assembly / test jigs and maintenance

Acquire and maintain production machines, tools and equipment to meet the needs of manufacturing operations

Provide support in the shop-floor on documentation assembly, set-up, tools and machinery

Involve in cost reduction and yield improvement projects through process improvement

Identify current and potential shop-floor problems, make recommendations, correct processes and update working document

Conduct product time study on manufacturability and repeatability. Set-up process flow to maximize capacity and floor area, and minimize product movements

Co-ordinate and interface with Design, Process, Quality, Manufacturing and suppliers on product development

Requirements:

At least a Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of working experience for degree holder, or 5 years for diploma holder in related industries

Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in handling PCB, electronics PCBA and cable assembly manufacturing processes, SMT process, RF product FG assembly processes, production tool design etc

Candidate with strong technical background and an analytical mind is an added advantage

Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Sharp-minded and able to stand firm
