Desktop Support Multiple positions
1) Desktop Support
At least 1-2 years of desktop support experience
Preferably has supported Government Ministries
Must be willing to travel overseas. Each trip is about 1-3 weeks.
High customer orientation
Good communication skill
2) Desktop Support
Diploma in IT
At least 1 year desktop support in Microsoft Window XP, Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge on the server administration.
Basic knowledge on PC cloning / Desktop troubleshooting
Preferably with basic knowledge in basic networking, like ping, tracert and etc.
3) Desktop Support
At least ITC or Diploma (from local polytechnics) in IT related field
1 or 2 years in related field
Concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure.
Knowledge on MS office, Lotus Notes, WinXP, Vista etc
To be responsive and pro-active when handling of end-users' PC problem and request
Able to install, test, implement, maintain IT infrastructure and ensure reliability and efficiency.
Experience in disaster recovery drill.
4) Desktop Support
At least ITC or Diploma (from local polytechnics) in IT related field
1 or 2 years in related field
Concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure.
Knowledge on MS office, Lotus Notes, WinXP, Vista etc
To be responsive and pro-active when handling of end-users' PC problem and request
Able to install, test, implement, maintain IT infrastructure and ensure reliability and efficiency.
Perform overtime as and when it requires
5) Desktop Support
At least 2 year enterprise desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Note
Must be technically independent
Good communication skills
Able to work in a team.
6) Desktop Support
At least 2-yr desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows / Windows Vista/7, Microsoft Office, Outlook
Customer service oriented, good team player, technically inclined
· Administration & Troubleshooting skill in Windows servers & Active Directory will be an advantage
· Performing 1st level administration and troubleshooting for basic CISCO Switches will be an advantage
7) Desktop Support
At least 1-2 years desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows Vista / Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes.
Good PC troubleshooting skills
Good communication skill, able to communicate with senior management
8) Desktop Support
Diploma /Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Familiar with Windows OS environment
9) Desktop Support (QA Process)
At least some desktop support experience
Customer service oriented, good team player
Have experience& interest in doing ITSM & ITIL processes
