Job Description

1.Follow up with sale team for collections

2.Daily fund planning and issuing cheques in line with the same 3.Debtor and creditor control and ageing of the same ,bill wise reconcilliation and ensuring
4.Preparation of sales ,purchase ,exp budget and monthly variance analysis
5.Monthly product wise NSV and costing and profitability analysis and variance wrt budget
6.Monthly profile and loss account and balance sheet and comparision wrt to budget and PY
7.Coordination with internal and statutory auditors
8.finalisation of balance sheet and getting it audited within 2 month of year end and getting it submitted
9.filing of all sales tax ,income tax returns as per due date and paymnet of the same w/o default
10.Laisioning with govt dept wrt factory related matters
11.sales tax and income tax assessment as per period specified or notice recd
12.filing of bank stock statement and MSOD and yearly renewal of limits
13.import document preparartion and payment of the same inc duty payment for the same with plan for days in advance
14.ensuring funds are not idle in cash and bank and they are tallied and reconcilled physically
15.purchase price and cost reduction initiatives and ensurance
16.monitoring of dead stock and liquidation thereof and monitoring os above 30 days and recovery
17.Meet key Result Area of / Defined standard of the organisation and the dept such as debtor, inventory and others as specifed
18.giving monthly and Qrtly Mis report
19.handling any legal cases if any
20.ensuring ISO,TQM and 5S in the account and finance dept
21.passing of purchase and expense bills and payments

Candidate Profile

• Work experience – min 10-15 yrs in finance
• Min 6 yrs as an finance head
• Balance Sheet & MIS related reports
• Hard core accounts & finance exposure towards sales tax,income tax,banking & govt liasioning work.
• must have handled manpower of 4-5 team of dept.
• must have worked in ISO or equivalent environment
• must have good exposure of inventory,debtor control,cost reduction,budgeting exercise
